The promise
Unaltered
More and more of the images we see were never taken by anyone. These were.
Draft · for Freddie to check
- 01Every photograph is a single exposure, made with a camera.
- 02No generative AI is used anywhere: not to create, extend, fill or 'enhance'.
- 03Nothing is added to a picture and nothing is taken out of it. No composites, no object removal.
- 04Editing is limited to what a darkroom could do: black and white conversion, exposure, contrast and cropping.
- 05Where possible, files carry Content Credentials, so anyone can check where a photograph came from.
Why it matters
A photograph used to be proof that someone stood somewhere and saw something. That is still what these are: real light, a real moment, and a person who was there to see it.
